Getting Started
Mavenspire focuses on your vision, your goals, and your dreams. This differentiates us from our competitors because we are not trying to find your pain points so we can offer a handy solution. Instead, we set out to establish a long-term, strategic, and collaborative relationship between your company and ours. Without mutual trust, it is impossible to be productive with any methodology. We need to trust in your commitment to change, and you need to trust in our commitment to getting results.
Part of establishing trust is finding that initial connection point for the relationship. Often this is a small to medium sized project that exposes you to our culture, consultants, and company. The objective through this effort is to provide you with a tangible example of our expertise and ability to deliver. We emphasize small changes and short term wins. The goal is to get buy in from all levels within your organization in order to build a trusted relationship. Giving you results is the best way to prove our ability. Maybe you have a department looking to hit a short-term productivity goal. We work with you to identify barriers and opportunities, and set out clear steps to reach the goal. Next, we may streamline processes, recommend training, provide technology, or work with you in any number of other ways.
In cases where we both come in with a greater level of trust — for instance, we've known each other for a while or the relationship is based on a trusted referral — we may start with a larger transformational project instead.
Next Steps

Once the first small strategic change is a success, we get down to the core of our business. We spend time with you reviewing the business plan, corporate culture, technology infrastructure, and overall resources. We talk with department heads, executives, and a sample of your general staff to understand all layers of your company. The goal is to determine a long term action plan tailored to your specific business and culture.
Mavenspire will create a three to five year plan aligned with the core business plan that provides a recommended set of transformations to meet your goals. If someone reviewed the typical business graphs of the company's progress to date, each small change should be easily identifiable as an acceleration point.
Review and Refocus
Mavenspire and your company will need to sit down and talk on a regular basis. These meetings have three major goals:

To compare the results of the completed transformations and the impact on the business plan and make sure everything is on track
