Remote Assistance

Mavenspire offers remote support capabilities that allow us to view and assist with Windows, Linux, and Mac computers. Please note that, at this time, we do not have a representative permanently logged in to the system. Therefore, make sure you speak with a technical support representative before trying to establish a session, so that someone is available to assist you. We can also setup unsupervised support for certain servers, so that we can open a remote session without you having to be there.

Customers who have hosted email through Mavenspire can access their online mail client through this link.

Project Server

For any projects we are working on with a customer, Mavenspire enters a new project into this server. This allows us to communicate tasks, issues, and effort on the project. If you do not have a login for the project server, please let us know.

Help Desk Ticketing System

Customers can login here to enter tickets, check the status of tickets, and generally stay up-to-date on what is happening with support requests.
