We've recently been doing a lot more partnering with other solution providers and resellers, both to provide more in-depth service for our customer and as a provider of specialized services.

It's been said a thousand times over, and I won't be saying anything new here, but partnering makes a whole lot of sense. It makes sense for us, as a solution provider, for other partners looking for specialized services, and for our customer who get the best service possible without having to manage a dozen extra relationships.

One of our big partnering organizations is Ingram Micro's VentureTech Network, which is a group of select North American resellers chosen by Ingram based on their growth, activity level, etc. We've met a lot of fantastic partners here, people whom we can trust to take care of our customers and respect the partnering relationship. This kind of atmosphere of integrity and trust is key to being able to partner successfully and long-term.
