“Maven” is in our name so we expect our employees to continuously expand their skills. And not just for our technical employees (where we fund lots of classes and certifications), but also for the rest of our staff whom we expect to constantly grow in their expertise.

At Mavenspire, we know our $!&% and we respect and discuss divergent opinions (particularly when they are based on data and/or experience).

Many companies talk about work/life balance, but we all know that concept is completely fictional. There is no balance; we’re all just trying to integrate the two concepts for optimal productivity on both sides. While we like to be together, everyone is set up to work remotely when they need to. We’ve had babies in the office, flexibility for employees going through something difficult and unexpected (COVID, anyone?), and our older kids enjoy the gaming nook during that inconvenient school day off. Our employees have rich and complex lives and that’s part of what makes them good at their jobs.

If you like to eat, you’ll appreciate the foodie culture here. Even when we’re vegetarians or doing Keto or eating gluten free, we figure out the best and most interesting take-out that accommodates our needs. And our pot-lucks? Delicious!
