Over the last 15 years Michael has helped Higher Education, Commercial, Non Profit, Fortune 50, Military, and Public Education organizations innovate and achieve. He loves to solve problems - especially business problems that limit a company's growth and potential. Combining his experience with operations, business management, andĀ  expertise in technology, Michael consults with organizations across a wide range of industries to help them reach their goals and vision. He started Mavenspire to pursue his passion for accelerating the performance and profits of small to medium-sized businesses. Today Mavenspire is a valuable partner for organizations that need our business expertise and solid basis in technology to achieve their next level of success.

JESSICA TANENHAUS

Jessica has been a little bit of everything over the years from opera singer to technical consultant, around the bend to business owner, and - recently - mom. Jessica has served as President of the Mid-Atlantic chapter of Ingram Micro's VentureTech Network and is a member of the Ingram Micro Channel Magazine Advisory Board. She joined Michael Tanenhaus in starting the Mavenspire business. The couple decided to work together to accelerate the performance and profits of small to medium-sized businesses. As a Senior Associate at Mavenspire, Jessica is a great complement serving as a consultant to old and new clients in helping them reach their goals and their full potential through short term wins and long term strategic planning. Her solid basis in technology with 13+ years of technical training, 10+ years of web development experience, telephony engineer certification as well as her expertise in virtualization technologies, database management, and Linux makes her an effective consultant.

Sina Shir

Sina Shir is theĀ head of the Client Services Departnent at Mavenspire. He works with clients to help them clearly understand where they want to go and how Mavenspire, their strategic complement, can get them there. These relationships, and the time invested with all of them, have allowed Mavenspire to assist businesses in all facets of fulfilling their processes, meeting their goals, and reaching their full potential.

 

DANIELLE SCHLINE

In November 2009 Danielle Schline joined the Mavenspire team as the Administrative Assistant. She has now been promoted to the Executive Assistant position. Prior to being at Mavenspire Danielle was part of the Army Reserve as a Military Policeman until 2005. She then became a receptionist at Riverside Marine and a top sales person for JoAnne's Bed and Back. In 2007 Danielle became a stay at home mom for two years. At Mavenspire she helps with day to day operations, is in charge of coordinating schedules for the principals, client services, and engineers of the company while ensuring meetings with various vendors and partners. Danielle has been dubbed the mom of Mavenspire by her colleagues and is a great complement to the organization.

GLENN DOERSCHNER

Glenn joined Mavenspire in February, 2011 as part of our Business Development team. Prior to working with Mavenspire Glenn was the Senior Account Exective at Qwest Communications, the National Sales Executive for DCI Voice Solutions, and the National Sales Manager at Primus Telecommunications. His experience in sales and networking make him a valuable complement to Mavenspire's business development team. Glenn also brings a vast range of expertise to the area of VoIP and telecommunications, which is a large part of most businesses. His background allows his to help our clients make strategic decisions for their next five to ten years.

PAUL DAVID

Paul David joined Mavenspire in March, 2011 as part of our Consulting Services team. Prior to working with Mavenspire, Paul received a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering at Penn State University. He has been doing IT work in the Baltimore and Washington area for the last decade. Paul has experience in IT network, sales, design, and installation support as well as data, voice, and video cabling. He has also worked in phone system sales, installation, and support including VoIP. Paul has many roles at Mavenspire from network administration to technical support, technical research, and field support. His solid basis in technology and unique expertise makes him a valuable complement within Mavenspire.

LESLEY MILLER

Lesley Miller joined the Mavenspire team in 2006 as the book keeper. Prior to her position with the company, she spent nine years in the administration of retirement. She moved to the United States, from England in 1997. Lesley has always been interested in accounting and had the opportunity to pursue this field when a position opened up at the company she was working for at the time. Essentially, she got the job and then received the training needed. Lesley became an AIPB Certified Bookkeeper in 2006. At Mavenspire she keeps track of invoices, payments, and makes sure that both customers and vendors have what they need to do business with Mavenspire. She is another one of our unique complements that gives the organization one more perspective and cultural approach.
