Our standard hiring process involves the following steps:
- Submission of resume
- If we're interested, we will ask you to take a quick 10-question personality test that just gives us some general information about you
- Schedule a first interview, normally in person although sometimes via phone
- A second test dealing with personality will be administered at this time, to give us a better idea of how you like to work
- Schedule a second interview to meet with additional team members
- Background check
- Hiring decision

This is an entry- to mid-level position for someone interested in learning how to handle product fulfillment, interface with customers and vendors during the ordering process, and manage relationships. Pay is at least partially based on experience and will be in the $28-$35K range. This position includes full benefits, including healthcare, dental, vision, and 401K.
